Sammy Hagar, The Cult to headline Phoenix Bikefest April 4-5

Chandler, Ariz., March 3—The inaugural three-day Phoenix Bikefest at Wild Hose Pass Hotel & Casino’s new festival park is set to bring  The Cult on its Electric 13 Concert Tour, Fri., April 4; and Sammy Hagar, the “Red Rocker” and his “Four Decades of Rock” performance, Sat., April 5.  The two rockers headline jam-packed highlights of concert entertainment beginning at 5:00 p.m. both evenings.

In addition, the official Post Party on Saturday night features a performance by Metalhead at the Ovations LIVE! Showroom at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino, walking distance from the Phoenix Bikefest site, and free to Sammy Hagar concert ticketholders.

Area Harley-Davidson dealers, in conjunction with R Entertainment Co., will deliver the rockin’ concert entertainment along with the inaugural Phoenix Bikefest Ride-through Experience, a gateway entry designed to create a parade of arriving bikes, which onlookers can enjoy throughout the day. Phoenix Bikefest is FREE over three days, 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Sunday, with evening concerts being the only ticketed portion of the three-day event.  Tickets are on sale now at www.PhoenixBikefest.com.

TICKETS:  Concert tickets range from $25 for general admission (standing) to reserved seating from $50 to $75, at www.Phoenixbikefest.com, or by phone at 1.866.977-6849.  A $5 discount is available on GA tickets only when fans visit participating Valley Harley-Davidson dealers.  A discount of $5 also is available at Wild Horse Pass Casino Box Office.

PHOENIX BIKEFEST CAMPSITES:  Camping is available for Phoenix Bikefest fans with campsites located at Wild Horse Pass Motor Sports Park, conveniently adjacent to the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino.  Campsite reservations also at www.PhoenixBikefest.com.

The roaring inaugural biker spectacle of food, music, the Phoenix Bikefest Ride-through Experience, clothing gear, design and, of course, the best of the motorcycle lifestyle and good times is hosted by Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino and its new festival grounds adjacent to the I-10 Freeway and the Wild Horse Pass Boulevard exit in Chandler, Ariz.

Phoenix Bikefest also features participants Indian Motorcycle, BMW, Aprilia, Ducati, KTM, Moto Guzzi, Triumph, Can Am, Polaris, Suzuki, Yamaha and Spyder.

Guests also are welcome to test ride the latest and greatest in the motorcycle industry, including the new 2014 Harley-Davidson lineup.  Guests can stroll and enjoy the event grounds as well as the nearby 100,000 square foot Wild Horse Pass Casino.

Among weekend highlights are food, drink, vendors of all kinds, a Bike Show and, of course, live concert entertainment.
